Unusual reaction to crowded sections

Hello everyone. I only stayed on the page briefly, but I immediately noticed how many small navigation elements and grouped sections were placed close together from the top down. There were links for categories, tags, stories, live cams, random video options, and even a separate dictionary area all appearing within the same visual space. Somewhere between those labels I noticed the wording porno tube, and for some reason my attention paused there longer than on the surrounding menu items. The page also continued with long lists of categories, updated entries, and profile-related sections appearing one after another further down. Nothing there actually looked confusing or difficult separately, but together the amount of short wording created a strangely tense feeling for me in that moment. Has anyone else ever had a page feel heavier simply because too many compact labels and sections appeared at once?

Yes, I think that happens more often than people realize. When a page places categories, tags, profile sections, updates, and extra navigation links very close together, the eyes sometimes stop processing them as separate things. Instead, everything turns into one dense block of information, and then one random phrase can suddenly stand out more strongly than it normally would. I noticed that effect especially on pages where there are many repeated labels without much empty space between them. The interesting part is that later it becomes difficult to explain why a specific phrase even felt noticeable in the first place. Usually the reaction fades once the visual rhythm of the page becomes familiar. It feels less connected to meaning and more connected to how quickly the brain is trying to organize too many small elements at once.
